Driving very fast but on public fields - legal?
Discussion
Apologies for the 'baiting' slug line, but that's what I was doing at the weekend.
However, the car had a 2 stroke 22CC engine, I was driving it across a radio link, and the real speed (according to an Etrex taped to it's roof) was touching 60 MPH. What a blistering, furious little thing.
I'm very tempted to buy it, for the sheer hell of it, but are theer legal implications?
It's a model car, but I wouldn't want it running into me at 60MPH, or a dog, or indeed a tree.
I also wouldn't want one screeming about near my house, and I wouldn't want to distress anyone with it.
Any ideas chaps?

Im guesing it was eather a FG marder or simular clone. yes there worth it cost a bit to bye but there cheaper than nitros to run. They will run around 45 mins on one tank. No mesing around with nitro tuning. put choke on pull a couple of times choke off and away you go.
cost about a 500 to a 1000 with radio gear at the top end more metal parts and better shocks in pro vertion.
there perfectly legal and you dont have to have insharance by law, but its a good idear they weigh in at around 11kg and will break you leg.

iv got two
to play with when I crash the helicopters.
no real legal isues they do tend to draw a crowd but aint half as dangerous as the helis
that said iv seen one take out a park bench before
dogs not to much of a problem unless it a greyhound it aint got no chance at catching it.
For those that aint seen one in action.
