Hi, I have imported a HSV ute and are having abit of trouble getting insurance. It has no plates as its going through the thes now. I see A-plan and will give them a try tomorrow. Any other good insurance companies out there?

Adrian Flux

Mention the HSV Drivers Club and I think you get a better deal

Direct line will insure on a VIN number alone and you will not hav eto get a thatsem alarm fitted. You just have to get a shop to write aletter to them stating there is an immoboliser installed.

As BO55 suggests Adrian Flux, they were the cheapest I found and knew what the vehicle was straight away, as many others hadn't a clue, ;confused;

for me, 40 years young, full ncb, 02 SS Ute =£411 Commercial, Fully Comp, I was paying nearly double that for a Mitsubishi Warrior 113bhp now I have 420ish, Who understands Insurance? I surely don't!

As Bo55 VXR and Lil'Red say, try Adrian Flux. I've used then to insure my SS ute from the get go and I've just insured my Chevy EL-Camino with then on the VIN no. before it was registered. Very good service and yes,they do know what they (and us) are talking about.
