First Commute for a while...Loved it.
Discussion
Took the bike this am...Left a tad early, and loved it. Hardly any traffic at 06:00. Funny though, I only arrived about 7 minutes earlier than usual..felt like I was caning it, but it appears not.
I think the recent Spain trip has def helped my riding, as I guess a track day would. Felt a lot more relaxed and more aware of what's arround me.
That's it really, just wanted to say "morning"!

Yep, get that bike home in time for the England game - I predict 1-0 to England, lets see if I'm right...
I work from home but almost want to commute if only for the satisfaction of cruising past all the traffic!
Track days improve confidence loads because not only do you get used to the bike in a fast environment but also because you get so much advice from other bikers - you'll learn more on a track day than 6 months on the road in my opinion... I loved it, see my previous thread for pics etc...

I always find around London that if the traffic is clear a bike doesn't save much time due to the sheer volume of traffic lights.
The biggest difference is around rush-hour when the traffic is bumper to bumper!
