Why does it need an antenna? Is it for Sat Nav? (shouldn't need one for DAB, my brothers 3 series' DAB works fine with the antenna at the bottom of the windscreen and thats a metal car).

The tailpipes look great.

I thought they were smoothing over the vents on the revised car ?

I like the look of the rear better than the original. Don't know why.

Rear-facing exhausts are necessary for European sales, and these ones look ok. But I thought the vents were going, and the roof bulge too, so maybe this isn't it...

I like it! Still a nice meaty looking exhaust!

All TVR's with factory fit DAB have that antenna. I am not sure if it is because the bodies are fibreglass. The Elise has something similar "I think".

The car still looks great but the exhausts are ordinary.

The rear side exits are unique and values of the orginal car should soar as a result

(i wish!)

I think it looks pretty good, and those bodywork apertures for the exhausts are just begging to be filled with some ridiculously over-sized drainpipes

Something like the Typhon exhausts might have been a good compromise!

I meant that the rearward facing exhausts give it a more cohesive look - and perhaps this is why you like the look of it more.
