On your 4.2, there's little to gain as they tend to be very well mapped as standard. 4.5s are a different matter.

Steve's right, complete waste of money on a 4.2 .. I saw 6bhp once but that was the most. I never remap 4.2s unless there's been some other work done .. even then it's just a case of making the mixture safe rather than actually gaining any real hp .. an average std 4.2 in good health will make 340bhp. a remapped one will make 5 more.

what about the 2x K&N filters on the inlets instead of the standard airbox
does that make any difference other than noise whats does the air sensor do
as its warmer air inside the engine bay so its reading false ?????
