Just a quick update on the previously submitted thread

to say that I have just sent an email to both the RBS and One Account, outlining how disappointed I am with their response, both are saying it's nothing to do with them, contact the other.

Would you mind taking 5 minutes to send a quick email of support for Mike And Jon to the following links? Hopefully if we can get enough support then they may feel obliged to help us!!
