Looking for someone to make moulds to make fibreglass car body parts, main monocoque central section to bolt to a spaceframe, front and rear sections, splitter, side skirts and spoiler. Would want the least amount of moulds possible to be able to construct a prototype.
Hope someone can help.

I had some success with producing fibreglass moulds last year. We made a few bonnet scoops to flog on fleabay.

Basically have to construct a former, cover it in release agent and the lay up fibreglass over the top to produce a negative mould. Then you can reverse the process inside the mould to produce your final piece.

Worked fine for us but then we were prepping afterwards with filler and primer (We were producing max power style 'bad boy' bonnets to sell to chavs).

Cost £15 for a ford bonnet at scrappy, weld couple of plates over top of headlight appertures, cut hole, bond scoop and smooth with filler. quick dust of primer and flog for £300 If only I could find the time to do it now
