Has anyone got a centre section exhaust spare?

Hi all,

Does anyone have a centre section for the exhaust (pipe between the cats and the back box) that they'd be willing to sell?

Mine has rusted through just in front of the sleeve joint before the back-box.

Hi there,
I am getting an ACT big bore system fitted - Cats back - so mine will be available in a few days, let me know if you want them and I will make sure they are kept as 'tidy' as possible. They are in good condition and have no damage at all. Car has done around 30,000 miles. (2000 450LW)

Hmmm, after further thought I don't think it'll fit

Mine's a 4.2 and I understand that they're different diameters?

Oddly enough I do have a set of 4.5 manifolds but the cost of getting 4.5 cats could be quite high.

Anyone tell me I'm wrong? *he said hopefully*

Thought occurs, I think I can use the 4.5 system from the cats back as there is a 3 bolt ring jont, not a sleeve.

Got to be worth a try!!

I have a centre pipe spare. Check the length that you need though as they are not all the same!

Yes please, I think they will fit but even if they don't all I'll need to get is a set of 4.5 decats and I'll have a complete system (already have a set of 4.5 manifolds)

Many thanks, I'll measure up - with luck either yours or Cerbys will fit. Rang around all the dealers and breakers today and no-one seems to have any :-(
