Anyone know about Romans, St Albans?

Thinking of dealing with these guys. Anyone had any dealings with them? Just wondering what their customer service is like, especially if a warranty claim is ever made???

Yes I know them well, small family run business, sell some lovely cars and are both decent chaps, they value their good reputation so you should be ok.

The only time I ever spoke to them I found them to be arrogant and the guy came across as a bit 'wide'.

Thats just one experience though about a year back...

I went there on Saturday to look at the grey C4 they have. I personally wouldn't buy from them. Found all the Porsche cars he had to be badly prepped in terms of paintwork and wheel refurbs etc with the C4 needing well over £1k spent with the major service it was due.

The chap John seemed nice enough mind and I am sure if you saw something you wanted they may get it up to how you want it.
