VQ - HX

hey
i was wondering if my VQ HSV engine (V8), diff, gearbox, and everything mechanical, would fit into my HX GTS monaro (308)
also if the interior would fit - dash, seats everything
would it all go in nicely? or wat would i hav to do to put it all in
i need all the info i can get

Up to 98/99 the V8 engines used the same block as the 1968 Holden 308.
Id imagine sump, and mounts would fit. Not sure about trans etc, but it shouldnt be too hard to fit.
As for interior who knows. You are probably better posting up on an Oz holden site.

LS1 and TH400 into an HX is a (relatively) common conversion in Oz. Street Machine mag is full of 'em.
