My new purple powerful orgasmic toy
Discussion
Just picked up my first Chimeara. It’s a 1988 and is as purple as they come. Thanks Henry !!!
I love the car, It wasn’t the colour I was initially looking for as I have just got shot of a purple MG, but this is defiantly much nicer and it has really grown on me. As a bonus I found this morning that my wakeboard fits in the back. The land rover is going to feel not wanted over the summer.
Anyway, the car is awesome, but the nearside door has to be shut quite firmly. I think the window is pressing too hard against the hood seal. Is there a way of adjusting this?

Mines exactly the same, the door has dropped slightly which doesn't help. Bit of a PITA when you keep trying to close it and it doesn't quite get there. Fine with the roof down though!
I think you'll find it's a fairly common problem.
Isn't there a screw that can be adjusted with teh window down that determines the height of the window when fully raised? There is on my '94 Grif ... feel through the brush stuff, it's angled at about 45 degrees!
There's a bit of trial and error between getting a good seal and not being too tight ..

Wheres the door/body adjuster then? my passenger door doiesn't quite fit flush and it'd be good to sort this out.
