Made it to Le Mans and back!

Ran fine all the way from Derby and back, except when all 4 hub bolts sheared and we nearly lost the left front at speed! oh well free night in a hotel thanks to the insurance!
Let me know what you think, persionally i think it was mad but i'm glad i did it and would do it again tomorrow.

ive just driven 80 miles to work in my mini as a saturday treat, kinda pales into insignificance!

My Mini did 2000miles to and from LeMans, only major set back was a wheel bearing, found a really good garage in the middle of LeMans with loads of minis and dirt, it was like a time warp... i still have the address if anyone want it for future reference..

wouldn't it be great to get a load of minis together for a convoy down to Le Mans in 2007. I think we should try and arrange something....
