Setting up call divert without mobile

My mobile is buggered and I've just got into the US to find the phone loan phone given to me isn't tri-band

What I want to now do set calls to my mobile to be diverted to my (020) VOIP number and pick them up on the laptop.

Problem is I obviously can't do it via my mobile so is there any other way to set this up. I'm with vodafone btw.

Call vodaphone customer services, they should be able to make this happen for you, or try and blag a TriBand phone of a colleague.
