Hey all

Didnt have much to do yesterday so I decided to get the camera out while I was doing housework...and then decided to burn some things so I could get some photos of the flames

Verging on the terrible I'm affraid to say. There is no reason or purpose to these pics. Try photographing something more interesting.

I like them :-) but then I would.. nice textures, does everything have to have a purpose?

I think if you upped the shutter speed, you could get more deatil into the flames and that might give a point of interest.

There needs to be a point of focus. You could focus on a particular object thats burning.

Good work though. Give it another go and set the camera to its fastest shutter speed.
