Slot Racing Meeting this weekend

British Slot Car Racing Association Plug:
As per my earlier post about the National Championships in May, there's a major BSCRA event at The Enderby Leisure Centre, Mill Lane, Enderby, Leicester LE19 4LX this weekend, 1/2 July.
This is located about 2 miles off Junction 21 on the M1. It is at the south-east end of Mill Lane in Enderby.
The events are the 1/32 Production car championship (Saturday) and the BSCRA club team race (Sunday). Come and have a chat if you are nearby. There will be about 50 slot racers there for the duration, plus the leading suppliers of BSCRA-style slot cars and parts.

Congratulations to Ipswich, National Team champions for the second year running, from the Luton, North London and Barnton (Edinburgh)teams in second, third and fourth.
Overall twelve teams from all over the country competed, with nearly forty entrants in the production championship, where Brian Saunders won the overall award.
