East London/Docklands.... Viginia Water type meet

I remember a thread a while back where some of us discussed having a similar type meet as VW, but in East London/Docklands as nothing ever seems to happen here.

So how about a meet at Gallions Reach in beckton? A sunday morning ouside outside Borders Bookshop?

If we get 4 or 5 people from this section to confirm they'll come than I'll post it up in the events section and on Club Scuderia & Fchat.

If there's a better meeting point, please post it up. The meet would be open to everyone.

What does everyone think?

If this is open to all I would be happy to come along,only 15 mins from home.It's a good venue,I think they have recently sorted out the smell as well.

Yep...open to everyone, just like Virgina Water.

I'll check it out this sunday to see how busy the car park is and post up pics.

The next question is what date! Also depends if it's raining.

How about Sunday 9th July and if the weather is bad postpone to sunday 23rd july.

Otherwise it'll be in August.

Another maybe here. Not too far from me (E1).

I may be out of town on the 23rd, but if I am around it'd be fun to meet up with some like minded Pistonheads and check out some motors.
