Im thinking of buying a Tamora
Discussion
Hi
After much thought im on the cusp of chopping my Elise in for a Tamora. Ive test driven a few and im probably going to drive it every day, no more than about 50 miles to work and back. Ill probably get an 02 plate from a TVR dealer for warranty etc and keep the car for 6 months. Does anybody have any tips for me i.e. engine re builds, tappits and stuff the main dealer conviniently forget to tell you. Any advise would be much appreciated.

I think there are quite a few threads on here asking the same.
What i would ask yourself without sounding pompous is how much are you prepared to pay if it goes wrong, its a super car, I know its an "entry level" but is has super car running costs when it goes wrong, that said if it comes with a warranty ie 3 year, then go for it.
Some I know use them as an everyday car, but personally I would spend £2k on a cheap motor and use the Tamora at weekends, which is what I do.
cheers
