Horizontal door adjustment..?

Vertical adjustment

Hi need to adjust the n/s door, as the "catch" is hitting the paintwork, as it goes into locking mechanism.

Basically I just need to move the whole door vertically towards the front by about 3-5mm.

Do I need to undo the main hinge bolts, top & bottom and move them forwards, or is there another easier adjustment method? Like remove the door card and adjusting from fixings inside the door?

edited to add: just noticed that if you push the trailing edge of the door when closing it the "catch" does miss the paint work, so maybe the door has dropped slightly?
