Caution BMW 7 series reversing sensors do not seem capable of detecting Monaros. At least that seems the only explanation for my neighbour reversing in to my parked black beauty.

Got my car back from Greens yesterday, AP brakes look the dogs dangly bits but just bedding in so no other comments yet.

I wish I was as happy with body work. I was in a rush when collecting the car as workday and the car was parked rear in to fence with nettles so couldn’t get a proper look, at least that’s my excuse for accepting it. Also credited the body shop with the excellent service you normally get at Greens. It looks like they just took the two rear panels off re-sprayed them and refitted to the same bent brackets. Obviously not right when you can step back from the car, so the question has to be asked how a professional body worker missed it, surely their eye should be more tuned to this not less . Anyway the cars booked in Monday so hopefully it will get sorted properly this time

Apologies!

I will talk to the manager of the bodyshop, totally unacceptable.

Dont be tempted on the brakes, give them a good few hundred miles of gentle use as per the booklet, will pay dividends in the long run!!!

Thanks Brian. I'm sure it wouldn't have happened if Jeff had been around, he seems to take a personal intrest in our babies.

Brian what have you done to your VZ power band seemed lower down then mine which was good, the exhaust also brought a smile to my face but couldn't live with it permanently. Also now looking at that dead space on my console, how much would it be for the twin gauges or a storage compartment? Pleased to be back in my understated black beauty for a couple of days, I'm not missing the thumbs up as I go past PC world.
