Just submitted the chim in the classifieds, still waiting for the pictures to be added then it will really hit home.

New house venture means I cant run both and as much as I considered just living in the chim I have too much stuff...

I am regretting it already....

Add the value of the Chimaera, plus three year's running costs to your mortgage. You'll hardly notice the diference in repayments, and you can be happy too!
