Hi guys,

Is a D Reg BMW 320i of any use to anyone building a kitcar? Was a good runner up until 2 months ago but would need work to pass an MOT and im not bothered spending the money on it. It did its job until I found the Porsche.

Shame I haven't got the room at the mo, I'd have taken it off your hands. Would have been ideal for my "7" style car I'm gonna be doing.
BUGGER!!!

What work would it need for an MOT?

Im not a mechanic. Id say new brakes, few bits and bobs it was running perfectly until I put it to bed a few months ago I just dont need it anymore and wouldn't like to spend the couple hundred a garage would charge me to get it through an MOT only to be able to sell it for a couple hundred quid. But if someone was handy with the spanners im sure it could make a cheap car for someone. I would hate to scrap it. If it was a mondeo it would be straight to the scrap yard but this is a classic BMW. And if it could be made into a Kitcar then im happy for someone to make better use of it.
