Removal of Switch-Plate Dash

Any one know how to remove the smaller dash? Can't find any useful info - apart from how to take apart the main dash - which i don't want to do?

bit round the stereo? Take the stereo out. There are some screws (2 or 4, can't remember) just inside the hole which hold the whole thing in place.
