Overseas property mortgages

Hi guys

Thinking of putting some money into an overseas flat. In recenet years, buying in Spain required a pretty chunky deposit for the Spanish Mortgage. Now some UK banks are doing products, have deposit requirements come down? We've got about £30k to put somewhere into a holiday lettable property in Spain, preferably near Murcia or Malaga.

Any advice welcome.
