Ive got a full 944 turbo suspension and brake set up,koni's,brembos,it came with the hubs, wishbones, arb's rear arms etc basically every thing needed to fit. Im wanting to fit it too my early dash (84)944 and wondered if it will fit, as far as i can gather it should go on the only problem i can see is the speedo cable on the n/s hub ,does anyone know a way round this ??? The only thing i can think of is putting a gearbox on from an 86 lux (I can get a cheap one)but i know the mounts are different again is there a way round this ??? Any help appreciated !!

The suspension will fit as the core of the car is the same from an early 924 to a 968.
Several bits changed though, such as gearbox & mountings, also fuel tank. Not sure about ARB mountings, I'd suggest a chat with someone like Jon Mitchell or Ray Northway.

The suspension and brakes were fitted to an 86 924S which is the same as my 944,it was an unfinished project which was split up so i bought them off the guy. I know he had the complete front suspension on and the rear with the trailing arms but not sure about the rear Arb. As it never got finished he didnt even know about the speedo issue till i told him. this is really what i need to get around,i would fit the box from an oval dash car if it will go on but as you say the mounts are different,Mine has the mounts either side where as the later box mount by one mount to a yoke, what i need to know is if i can fit the yoke to my existing mount holes then this would solve the speedo problem as i can just fit the oval dash electric speedo !!!
