Right it's slowly becoming a tradition for me to ask....

Who's going?
I put my entry in on Wednesday so I'll be there, engine seems ok, well excellent infact, on the compression tests so going to leave it at that and hope that i didn't do *that* much damage cooking it on Friday at Snett.

Iain

well I've just found some space on a credit card so my entry has gone in..

2 races so it should be fun.. and a bit hectic with only about 40 mins between qualifying and the first race...

The joy's of a graduate account, no bank charges if you go over your overdraft limit, and no failed direct debits or standing orders. I would just like to put a plug in for my biggest sponsor this season the HSBC bank

We wasn't planning on going, but our mate is racing his pickup truck and we're going along to support him so its an added bonus to watch the tvrs too so we'll be there to cheer you all on.

never been to Rockingham so looking forward to it.

I know a few of you had some problems at Snetterton so hopefully you'll all have better luck this time

best of luck to all of you

Car 13 should be there.

She's filled up with oil, water, fuel & electricity & she's ready to go.

Any improvement in the brakes George? Tim said he was impressed with your car - other than the braking. Darren suggested smaller maaster cylinders to generate more pressure.

Car #6 has been in a thousand pieces. However I think, thanks entirely to APM Andy who has worked wonders over the last week, we may be ready for Rockingham.

Hi Andy,

Had some discusion regarding the brakes, the answer being TADTS :-). There did seem to be more 'feel' by the time we got to the race but, that may be just because I was getting used to it by then. We also had a head gasket let go, finally expired under test on the Tuesday.

Cheers

Rgds Tim.
PS What's TADTS :-). (I know what :-) means).

PPS What are you doing up at 0220 anyway. You little d

Mr (as opposed to Master) Holden has just put in an entry, can we expect 15 cars on the list this time round (with 7 exiting the first corner or whatever it was) or is that pushing it.

I'm afraid I may not be ready after all. The engine is still drawing water through one cylinder despite APM Andy removing both heads and having them treated and skimmed, then fitting new copper head gaskets.

We will have to see....

I see from the circuit plan I'll be on my third different circuit layout at Rockingham !!!

Looks like it will be very fast into turn 4, as it looks quite quick onto the banking,on all the other circuit layouts i've done there is a hairpin onto the banking...

also I see were in the proper garages !!!!

Anyone testing at the Rock Friday. I expect to be staying over the weekend so if anyone would like a couple of sherbets at my expense at the little green canvas house on the hill you are all more than welcome. Red, white and Becks. First come first served though. When it's gone it's gone. In which case it could be . However, if no-one turns up I will just have to glug the lot myself, in which case can someone put me on the shake about 7-45 Sunday morning please. And it will be more a case of
