I would like to adjust them slightly, I think nearside door dropped a very small amount. and boot shut lines need to be tidy.

Any pointers or tips please

Thanks

Nick

Boot lid adjustment is straightforward enough. The bolts attaching the boot lid to its hinges can be slackened and then the lid can be adjusted from side to side and front to back. It will just require trial and error combined with a lot of patience.

There will be some similar mechanism available for adjusting the door hinges but you should bear in mind the fact that the window shut lines will probably require adjustment at the same time. I haven't done this yet but I assume it will require the door trim panels to be removed so that the window mechanism position can be adjusted within the door.

I was told by Micheal at Castle that the right hand side of the boot lid is designed to be slightly proud to make it easy to get hold of to open the boot, don't know if this is true but it seemed to make sense.

I have adjusted my boot to fit properly, then fitted a spring to the seat where the roof panel sits on the lock plate, because with the spoiler(S) its impossible to open the boot as my smallest finger is about an inch wide and I chew my nails!.
now it just pops up about 4 inches, dont know what the spring was from though.
