STARTING PROBLEM
Discussion
is it flooded easily done if you move car around and keep shutting down then restarting before its warmed up,they tend to overfuel on cold starts then it just soaks the spark plugs, result wont fire/up.try cranking car with throttle half down until she fires..good luck.also get someone to crank car while you have a long screwdriver on one of the injector bodies upto your ear, like a stephoscope, you should hear it clicking when cranking, then you know the injectors are fogging fuel.

That was going to be my first question.
Had you just started it from cold, and then stalled as you tried to pull away? If so it could be flooded, leave it a while and give it another try and if you have a strong battery it should finally catch.
If it is flooded, worse case scenario is that you will have to take some of the plugs out to let them dry, but as it is so hot out today you may be OK.

If it was just after a cold start and you suspect flooding, an easy way to sort it is to remove either of the fuel pump or ECU relays (on the flying leads), then try starting it. You should find that it will fire briefly and then die. Replace the relay and she should fire up normally.

Still no joy. Not getting any fuel coming through. Am i right in thinking there's a fuel cut out under the dash ?
Changed both relays that control pump, still no action. Going to check the ECU earths next. Mighty strange !!!!

How do you know you aren't getting fuel through? Your original post said the fuel pump was priming and running OK, which would seem to rule out fuel pump power supply problems. If the pump is running, and you aren't getting fuel into the cylinders, then you're probably looking at a problem on the injection side.
