How can I change RealPlayer files so I can burn them to WMA/

When it comes to this sort of stuff, I really have no idea! I have a huge music library on my PC, all of my CDs are now on my hard drive in WMA, howver, I have downloaded a lot of old Radio 1 clips from Mark and Lard, and some are WMA, and some in Real Player format - the latter I can't burn so that I can play them in my car.
Is there a 'catch-all' program that can change the format for me, that's pretty idiot proof?
