Spring things

Gents as a fair proportion of you are running aftermarket shocks, what sort of spring rates / free lengths are you running?

As all I know on mine is that they're made by Eibach and they're blue..... :rollseyes:

And I fancy coming back on spring rate a little bit as I keep bashing my head on the roof....

All you need to measure them is a tape measure, and a carefully calibrated weight i.e. you!
