They're from a Mini, with an extra small metal tab added. You can do this yourself using a baked bean tin and a pop rivet, or if you buy through a TVR specialist you may find it's been done for you.

The outer rings are Mini as mentioned. I picked up a pair from SVC (www.s-v-c.co.uk/) at Stoneleigh Kit Car show for £18 a pair. The inner ones usually come with the headlight bowls and again SVC can supply but they're also available on ebay from someone for about £20 delivered.. I used WIPAC S5400 bowls which I think was the ebay search criteria.

Got my chrome rings from SVC and just noticed one of them has started to de-chrome itself!
Peeling off like sunburnt skin, no sign of any stone chips etc so guessing the chroming process wasn't that good on that ring! Might go for the black versions on TVRCarparts next.

get the chrome plated copper ones....a bit more expensive but no more rust!!
You can use a Stainless steel jubilee clip to fashion a tab and pot rivit it on.

I replaced my headlights with the MGB ones. You loose the horrible tab PK'd to the bodywork. But you need a different headlamp bucket as the B chrome ring is secured by a sprung attatchment contained in the bucket. Not expensive though.
