I went flying today and was in for a treat when I returned to Rochester airport. A Spitfire was due in for a refuel before leaving for an air display at Leeds castle. He gave us a very low fly pass along the runway before landing and refueling. He then hung around 45 mins before departing for his 8 o'clock display - with another superb fly by down the runway banked on his side.

Yes - pushing it back off the pumps
