I have created a form with a datetime drop down. Currently there are two fields displayed - one with the date in and the second with the time in half-hour increments.

The question is: is it possible to change the time drop down so it shows the time in 15 minute increments?

Thanks,
Z

Hi,

Unfortunately this can't be done through customisations or through the system settings. It's one of the limitations and would be an unsupported change to the gubbins (aspx changes).

cheers,

Thanks rac, I had feared that.

Do you know which gubbins I would need to change? Presumably the aspx page that displays the form?

Thanks, Z

Hi,

I think that the forms are dynamically generated upon publishing the customisations, the date/time control maybe difficult to locate and modify becuase of this. May i warn you that this could potentially be a messy option and require a reinstall of MSCRM. It is also unsupported through upgrades and by MS.

Cheers,
