I know sometimes buying stuff like that from eBay is a bit tricky, especially as it's from outside the UK, but the seller in question has plenty of 100% positive feedback and the 3 year warranty is encouraging... tempting... after I've bought the cat 1 alarm, the tracker, had the chassis waxoyled...
Found a UK site as well, but dearer. www.hids4u.co.uk

Jack front of car up and support on stands.
Remove three self tappers from circular disc in front of wheel arch. Prise disc off.
To refit you need some Silkaflex available from car paint suppliers, wear gloves, difficult to remove from skin.
Steve Heath bible says you have to remove the wheels to undo the self tappers, I managed without but I guess it depends on the state of the heads.
Best to fit new ones on replacement and fill the cross on the heads with grease so you can remove them in future if needed.
Once the covers are off grope around to your hearts content.
Be aware that the adjustment screws are in there so don't move them by mistake or you'll have to get the lamps realigned.
All of this sounds worse than it is, quite easy really.
What Chim are you getting?

It's a 1996 4.0 in Cooper Green with magnolia leather, pretty standard, generally in very good order with 53k on the clock, full TVR service history. It needs the chassis re-waxoyling and a few stone chips attending to, plus one of the velcro strips that holds the roof of needs to be bonded back into place, but aside from that, it's clean as a whistle.
Surprised I managed to last this long without buying one (I live near & drive past the TVR Centre on a regular basis and drool at their stock), but I'm only 26 so insurance would have been a bit of a killer if I'd bought it much earlier.
That said, this won't be the most powerful car I've owned, had a 200sx with the best part of 300 bhp before my current car (don't laugh, it's a Skoda) - but that was a slower than a Chim due to the added weight.

Soo, has anyone done this? Or paid Topcats or similar to fit them? Just think it looks too good to be true.....But if True, will be ordering today!

Sadly that's not the same kit (it's sold by the same people though)
That's for low beams - i.e. if your car has 1 single filament bulb for dips, and one for main beam, like a pair of H1 or H7 bulbs, rather than the dual filament H4 bulbs. You need bi-xenons which have a small mechanism and motor built into the bulb to move it to adjust the spread of light for dipped and main beams. That's why the other kit costs more.

I've found on previous cars, the xenon-look bulbs die in about a tenth of the time, and often aren't as bright as standard. Osram Silverstars are IMO the best bulbs you can upgrade to without going the full HID route, but whatever people say about uprated bulbs being nearly as bright, normal H4s have an output of approx 900 lumens on dip and approx 1500 on full beam - even really good ones like the Silverstars - standard bulbs are lower. The HIDs have a light output of 3100 lumens on dip and main beam.
