just got a childhood dream sorted, i bought a tvr 350i needs a lot a love.
anybody help me here.
what are the following parts from i.e ford etc.
dials
wing mirrors
springs and shockers
fuel sender unit
.
anybody know a good site for parts.

If you use search on these pages and have a few hours to spare you should find alot of what you are looking for, the fuel tank sender unit may be a problem Good Luck

The instruments are TVR specials. Well OK, not absolutely: they were American aftermarket items to start with, then some off-the-shelf things from Europe. Either way you'll only find them in a TVR nowadays...

The wing mirrors (depending on type) are TVR specials or something from Halfords Not critical, you can't see much behind you anyway.

Springs and shocks are TVR specials.

Tank sender could be from a Massey-Ferguson tractor, a Ford Mustang or a Trabant. If you find out, let us know

Plenty of bits come up on Ebay, several people on here have spares lying around and then the likes of Moore Racing have bits taken from cars stripped-out for the race series...

Welcome to the world the Big Bad Wedge...I've had one for 3 months now, and the Wife reckons I need to see a Plastic Surgeon; to get the silly grin off my face! :

She also thinks I need a good printing press (£10 & £20's would do) to keep feeding the beast (Fuel mainly at the moment, although I am thinking about some new springs, shocks, bushes, injectors, HT leads, carpets, sill plates, etc, etc, etc)

Forget Wimbledon and Ascot, try and make it to BBWF, from what I've read on this forum it's the only place to be seen (possibly in a cloud of tyresmoke )
