I looking to buy a Sagaris and I've just seen this one
www.pistonheads.com/sales/86398.htm

Anyone know any history on it? Has it had a hard life on the track etc?
I currently have a S2 Exige and have had a 4.2 Cerbera. The cerbera was a cool car but I live in an area witch has lots of speed humps and the cerbera with its long wheel base use to bottom out all the time

The Sagaris has a shorter wheelbase but the front splitter looks very low. How do Sagaris drivers find driving over speed bumps / muti-story cars, ramps etc...???

Jesus wept, wtf happened to some of those Sagaris prices? Wth did all these mid £30ks cars come from? Man, some ppl must have taken a damn good kicking on those! Glad to see all the others are at sensible prices.

Er, I already *have* one.

Amongst the many pieces of (mostly useless) advice my father gave me about motor cars, every now and then one of them was worth listening to. Dont buy the most expensive, never buy the cheapest and that's a good place to start looking for your car, was one of those pieces.

OK, so sometimes you might miss out on a genuine bargain, but 95% of the time you will save yourself a shedload of grief!

i was trying to say that dont moan about the prices dropping because when the day comes to people buying a sag they will be cheap rather than expensive but i have noticed that about most tvrs they drop by ££££'s and then stick at a similiar price range like tuscans they were very expensive now they are in the 16-20k range which they have been for a while now

Did wonder if it was their original Demo car.

Er in that case Id advise again it, because I *know* how hard it has been thrashed, because Ive thrashed it!

If it's Deam Machines ex demo and DJC has driven it then its bound to be a pup

Seriously, you have to ask the seller about it's history and then check the paperwork.

You cheeky bugger

Put it this way, it explored the upper reaches of 7k rpm several times and grounded a few times as we hit the bump stops.

On the plus side it was the car that persuaded me to buy a Sagaris. It was as quick down my "control" road as the 965T S lwt but scared me far less and was more controllable. I figured anything that was quick enough to keep up with that S but not frighten the living bollox off me at the same time was probably a fair decent car.

If anybody ever gets the chance to drive a 965T S lwt then do it. It will change your opinion of 911s forever and blow the "GT3 is a car to master" argument utterly out of the water as you realise the damn thing is a sugar coated pussy compared to the lwt!

Man I really wished Id bought that car when I had the chance!

Ozzer..I shall say this only once ( although I think I've said that somewhere before ). Mole Valley T.V.R., red glow pearl sagaris, 2500 mls, red and cream interior, mint condition, one lady owner, fsh( obviously ),£39950. I can guarantee you this car will be the best 2nd hand you will ever find. If you are serious, you have to give them a call. It looks like the recent " under offer " has just been removed, so someone is going to get lucky. The End.

All i can see is this one, www.pistonheads.com/sales/86007.htm

Doesn't look like the alloys are anything diffent, they look like standard 18's
