but at a guess, I'd say that it's "Climb Dance" Pike's Peak in a 405 T16. Sheer Lunacy, and oh boy would I love a go at it.

They used to have a website, which shows you the engine details, but suffice to say its a straigh 6 BMW. It was discussed at length in the Video forum of www.bm3w.co.uk, with pictures and all sorts of info.

What a tremendous bit of video! I especially like, just before half way, where the bug spatted on the camera and the noise it made!
