orry to do this to you all again!
My mate is coming back from Hong Kong next weekend and I am finding that my little Pentax Optio S is a bit slow and dated now.
I have done some reserch and am thinking about the following.
Ricoh Capilo R4 (think this is my current fave)
Panasonic DMC LX1 or FX1 (have they sorted the noise yet?)
Canon Powershot S80 (I know Carter loves it, but its quite big)
Does anyone know about any others I should be considering or waiting for?
Thanks in advance fellow snappers!

Canon Wireless Ixus is pretty good (other then red eye if you shoot in clubs/pubs with the subject(s) more than about 6ft from the lens and not facing it.)
Casio's seem to work pretty well too and have excellent battery life. Mrs LongQ has a Z600 though she has not used it much so far. My brief tests suggested it was up with the best I have seen in that part of the market so the new 10Mpix Casio might be rather interesting. By youngests Z57 seems to give excellent results from a snapshot person.
On the other hand for lightness, pocketability and ease of use I still favour my Pentax S5i, despite it being utterly obsolete in camera age terms!
