2006 no fastest mini in world race?

Does any one know why the fastest mini in the world race was canceled this year? It was supposed to be @ donnington 18th june, wanted to see Pete Edwards flame spitting vauxhall monster again.

pete edwards was entered but pulled out in the last week. barry murphy won both races in his kad engined space frame.

i had to work, so didnt bother entering this year :-(

Hello Kartracer82, Sorry you didnt see my car @ Donnington had a email from BRSCC on wednesday
before the race saying race cancelled due to lack of entries. Barry Murphy won Extreeme Mighty
Mini race's they raced with Scotish Mini Coopers i think ?. They wont let me race in Extreeme Mighty Mini's how Exrteeme do i have to make it?????? Hoping to be out in sept in BARC N/W Sports Saloon C/ship also 3 other Vauxhall Mini's if ARDS tests go O.K.

Might not be the fastest Mini in the world race but if you needing some A-Series action the Mini7 racing club celebrates 40 (yes 40!) years of racing at Brands on the 16th July. Double header (1x 20 + 1x15 laps of Brands Indy circuit). It will be fantastic....!!
