Yes. Watched the unveiling on Sky....unlike some of the lucky buggers from here!!!! Looks fabulous. Not sure about Schuey's "I'm in love with this car" bit - seems a little over the top to me.

did they say what the major improvements were ?

probably needed more power from the engine and reliability for the upcoming new regs.

I'm going to the Aussie GP (naturally ) so won't get to see the new car first hand (feel duped )

Just got back from Maranello - the ceremony was great even though entirely in Italian but understood enough words to clap for the right comments! The car looks beautiful and in fact smaller, particularly the rear end. The engine is supposed to be lighter and in fact the whole package is significantly lighter than the F2002. Everybody from Luca di Montezemolo and Jean Todt to the drivers was gushing about the car and Rory Byrne went out on a limb and said this is the best one Ferrari has made - exactly what he said last year and look what the results were!

Had another chance to see the Enzo and even to see and hear one on the Fiorano track - but too far away...

Did you get to see the Challenge Stradale?Or any new info on it?

Luigi,

I thought you were not going to be in Maranello - were you there too?! It's silly if we missed meeting. Contrary to rumour they did not display the Stradale nor did I see it at the factory, and got no further details I'm afraid except that first LHD deliveries may slip to late summer or September. The dealers are getting briefed on the Stradale in Maranello late next week, I'll let you know when I find out more.

It was a beautiful sunny day to drive down to Maranello in a Ferrari yesterday! Unfortunately I flew over.

Typical! You guys get sunny days, Enzos, F1 etc. What do I get for my first trip of the year? Snow, one Maserati and one Modena that has seen better days.

Must check weather reports next time

Yes John, things have been revamped a bit since 1990! Actually the entrance has been revamped a bit even since the snowy photo (Maranellouk, when was it taken?). There was snow in Maranello just a few days before the ceremony... I guess Enzo and Gianni up there in the great racetrack in the sky made sure the sun would be shining for the F2003-GA unveiling.
