Apart from the hotel gathering, this is GHQ for operations including quaffing of ale, stuffing with BBQ comestibles, and huffing and puffing at the Tug o' War.

Good news! For me at least.
Due to a last minute change in fortune I've taken your booking at the Inn for both the Friday and Saturday. Next job is to get the BBQ sorted! Sorry you couldn't make it but I shall endeavour to put on a good performance on your behalf. If you deputise me I would be honoured to be mini-firefox for the day

Well done Leo! I would have hated it if the room hadn't been taken. Please feel free to wear a firefox deputy star for the weekend! Round up all those not enjoying themselves and quaffing good amounts of ale and munching lovely BBQ food.
