Assuming you have leather seats and dash, give autoglym leather cleaner/conditioner a try - it cleans, softens and makes it smell nice. Lovely

I don't like to put treatments on the dash as it streaks and looks awful - damp chamois takes the dust and finger marks off.

being an avid fan of autoglym for years I can vouch that zymol leather cleaner/conditioner/treat is clearly better than the autoglym equivelent.

used it on the landrover too, made a diff there aswell.

Gliptone Liquid Leather conditioner is superb and leaves the leather smelling as it should.

I'll second that. I love Zymol products but Gliptone Liquid Leather is the best stuff by miles

Baby wipes although handy have a reputation for drying out leather ...
I used to use em on my previous car , over time it didn't do the seats any favours.

Just jesting.

It's been at the OPC so often I haven't needed to clean the inside yet.

For the non-Zymol people baby wipes are a great way to get rid of splattered bugs (ecpecially windscreens) although you'll need to rinse it after.

Glyptone is superb to use. The cleaner and conditioner always win best product awards, all restorers use it and if you leave the conditioner on you can see the creases come out.It also makes the leather smell lovely for weeks.

You are using the wrong ones, you need the ones with Aloe vera

Where can I get some? I tried the Zymol treat stuff and thought it was rubbish, especially on the seats - made them very slippery. I thought I'd got some of the leather TVR source from their plastic cows. Found Autoglym much better but still not that great.

Try turtlewax leather cleaner from halfords.
Comes in the big tube like container (like tennis ball holder)....a big roll of wipes.
Laves the leather and plastics like new....no shine..nice and matt like original.
Wipe with wipe...then buff with cloth etc to make sure no streaks.
If it drys with a little streak just wipe again with wipe and buff off again.
Easy and works.
Used on boxster with no probs.

Try these guys www.performancemotorcare.com/acatalog/Leather_Cleaners.html

You need the GT11 Liquid leather conditioner
and the GT12 Liquid leather gentle cleaner.

Go for the 250ml size as it will last for ages.

It smells lovely and the surface of the leather a nice matt finish , not the usual shiny finish that some cleaners give.
