Road angel power supply
Discussion
Greens have done it for me. In fact, they've done it twice because I upgraded from the RA2 to RA Nav and they required different power requirements.
Not sure what they did, but the wires go down through the Binnicle and I suspect they just splice into an existing line.
Very tidy job as well.

just search around for something live like the radio and share its power
Just make sure you don't overwhelm the wiring..... watching your burnt out pride & joy being wetted down by the fire brigade is not fun

that would be worst case scenario
I'm only talking about a RA here, not my neons or
amp
joking!

ffs Jeff do it yourself - we're not exactly talking rocket science here. Or next time your down this way get in touch and I'll do it for you if we can get an hour or so. All you need is a multimeter to trace out the correct supply lines.
What's a multimeter? I know how to catch a haddock and navigate a ship but multimeter .......??? Never was good at DIY
Take you up on that Bob
installed the K&N and the magnecor leads - hint for anyone ever doing that themselves - leave the engine a long time to cool down before attempting the ones at the back on the drivers side. I welded my arm to the headers having just run the engine for a couple of minutes
Oh and the lying across the engine from the front technique works if you can squash your arms through the gap to the back. Thick forearms are not helpful in any way! Can't say as I've noticed any real difference but didnt really expect to.
