hello guys,
i'm hoping you lot can help me with a little buying advice concerning 996s.
I'm making the jump as many of you have from the M3 to the 996.

The car in question has got partial OPC history, the rest of it is specialist.
Will this effect the value hugely?

I'm definately getting the car inspected via OPC and hopefully applying the warranty to the car, will this negate the effect of the non full OPC history?

Also the car has finance on it, anyone dealt with buying a car with finance attached, what are the options.

apart from that any suggestions on what to look out for?
Thanks guys!

also what will a budget of 32k buy me?
I dont want to get a dud deal!
Hopefully looking to buy private to save a few bob, i'm not loaded!

Mixed service history shouldn't affect the value as long as the intervals have been followed and it's complete. Might we worth phoning the last place that serviced it. Some people prefer the specialists to the OPCs.

Doesn't need to be OPC serviced for the warranty to stand, so that should be ok.

Make sure the finance is paid off, or proof that it will be. I paid the finance company direct for mine. They're probably be happy to speak to you with the owner's permission.

Should be looking at a facelift or excellent 3.4 for that sort of money.
