I upgraded from 512 to 1 meg some time ago cause it was cheaper but the connection speed never changed. Wasnt too arsed but finally got round to chasing it up.

They send me back instructions on clearning I.E temp files, despite me listing my o/s as 'other' - oh, and now I'm connecting at 1 meg Co-incidence? ffs why not just say that they've fixed it? Why the big cover up?

I often have to phone a support desk with a problem with some software. Get the usual answer "We'll ring you back". When they do and we work through the problem it conveniently works where it didn't before which leads to the "You must have been doing something wrong" line. Did finally get out of the guy that most of the times he fixes the problem before ringing back
