can anyone offer advice on performance driving courses, ive heard that ride drive are excellent.Need to get the most out of t350 without ending it all too early
would like to do the course in my own car, can this happen or does it have to be in something less spirited than a tvr......any advice would be appreciated.....here's to pointing our tvr's in the right direction!!!

Seems like Ride-Drive have cornered the market for TVR drivers, however I went on a Cadence Driving day, involving road work and time spent at Milbrook on the track, speed bowl, concentric rings and skid-pan. I learned a huge amount, was amazed at what the car can actually do, and most importantly was taught how to drive properly - namely safely, with anticipation, due care and attention.
I am sure there is plenty of cross-over between the two driving schools, with many (but not all) of the principles based on policy driver training - how to anticipate, and drive quickly, safely.
If you are around, or not too far from the Cambridegshire/Bedfordshire area (I drove up from London) give Cadence a thought. My only regret is that I haven't yet had the chance to do a refresher day.
No matter whom you choose, its money very well spent. Highly recommended.

I can recommend Andy Walsh of www.carlimits.com - he does various courses the most popular being car control on the airfield ...this is a great eye opener and good to do before on road and on track training.
I would just like to second Ride Drive. I did the Advanced Handling Skills and Road Driving course a month into ownership of my T350. The course included an hour on a skid pan and an acceleration/braking straight. For the first 10mins I learnt how easy it is to spin/lock-up the car, thankfully free of any nasty obstacles. Well worth it but it's very tiring - eight hours tuition plus I had a one hour drive each way to meet the instructor.
