Are my throttle pots at fault?

A while back i had a dodgy throttle pot replaced on my Cerb.The symptons were that the car would run all flat and a strong smell of petrol could be smelt.With the throttle pot replaced everything was fine until a few weeks back when one of the pots moved and the running went out of sync again.After a re-map yesterday and everything reset,i was about to make my way home when i started up the rough running had returned.I took the car for a run to see if it would clear it self and it did,but after 4 miles it went flat again with the strong smell of petrol returning.Is this a pot symptom or should i be looking elsewhere? Well it sounds like *some* kind of sensor problem, could be throttle pots .. do you have the diags software? if so reset all fault codes and go out for a run until the fault appears, then check which codes have been flagged.

I havent got the software a friend has which is 30 mls away from me.Thing is when they re-mapped the problem wasnt there and the pots were only showing slightly out.

Got the car re-mapped today.One of the pot was showing 19 on the reading the other 17.Plus the clip for the e.c.u wasnt pressed home,so im hoping its all sorted now.
