OK, here's a challenge for you...let's say I want to build a website that does the following:

A user can book and pay for an appointment.

At the allotted appointment time, the user logs on to the website and is presented with the option to begin a conversation.

When they have selected to do so, it (somehow) starts a webcam conversation between the user and a support person at the "website HQ".

Is this possible, or would it be more sensible to put instructions on the website for the user to do this in MSN Messenger or similar?

Sounds a bit like Global Crossing.

Lots of big juicy commercial systems to do this. Not sure of any free ones, though!
