I have recently bought a T43 IBM laptop, I want to be able to watch TV on it, so I purchased a freecom device (can't remember the model name) but it doesn't seem to get any reception. I have been to the freeview site to check that I have reception in my area and it indicates that I do, so I have returned the Freecom card and am back to the drawing board.

Can anyone recommend a similar wireless product that actually works, and that is relatively easy to use?

cheers

I have found that all Freeview tuners whether tiny USB devices for use with laptops/computers or normal settop boxes require a good quality signal. Either a roof mount ariel or a large amplified internal one. The tiny crap you get with these solutions never work.
