today pulling up at the light thought great nice clear road in front, when me and my dad was bombarded by kids "WHOAAAAA!!!" is that a tvr

A few weeks back on my way out of the Bromley Pageant “one make” parking in the Cerb, three army cadets (including a girlie) in combat fatigues were collecting for charity. After winding my window down and making my donation I moved slowly off towards the exit in the line of traffic. In my door mirror I could see the girl pointing and giggling with her two mates at the Cerb. She then comes running up the 50 yards or so to catch up to where I was, taps on the window and says “I just had to come and tell you that me and my friends think your car is wicked and easily the best here!” Don’t you just hate it when that happens 
Absololutly adore it.
Not only when I am in Poser (had a taxi full of blokes throw bit of paper in through the window with phone numbers on/been proposed to by a bloke in a white van (bit ashamed of that one)), but also in Abs's T350. Its even better when Ian says the T350 really suits me and I look "gorgeous" when I am piloting it along.
Not bad as the last time I was in the T350, we had been working all night and was going home to bed at 9am so IMO looked a complete waster.
Still its all good for the ego.

This is why I love it when the wife drives the Tam, seeing the faces of the guys when they realise it's a woman driving it is priceless!
Worst was last weekend. I was at my sisters for a big family bash and about 10-12 "yoofs" were outside, hoodies, etc. Sis says she knows them and they are actually OK, will I go outside to talk with them about the car, etc. Considering that it was going darkish, drizzling and well frankly I loathe teenagers with a passion, well...Id had better offers to be honest! They all wanted to sit in it, open the bonnet, etc whilst still holding various cans of various drinks. Was told later that one of them said "when Im older and have the money, Im going to get me a pussy magnet like that", nearly died of embarrasment when told that! I did wonder if it occured to any of them that they were a bunch of lads oggling a car, with some other blokes around, ie. the *vast* majority of the attention was from OTHER MEN YOU FOOLS!
Claire should consider herself grateful though, a cpl of daughters of one of TVR's finest were at the bash and had to let them sit in it and play. I was a little puzzled as they've been knocking around TVR for 20odd yrs, and had to laugh when one of them said dad never let her in one! Harsh I thought, harsh!

I love the attention to be honest - never had a negative reaction (touch wood).
I did have a girl flash her boobs at me whilst waiting at a set of lights once which I quite enjoyed....
Coming out of Goodwodd last Friday the policeman directing traffic just told me to floor it, so I exited sideways leaving a trail of rubber on the road with him giving me the thumbup... Nice to the police appreciating the car as well!

If you mean 200 SX then be afraid, I had a chat with a guy who stores his car opposite my garage one day, turns out his old 200 SX is running well past 450bhp and a whole lot of torque. Most that are tuned are eaisly inexcess of 300bhp. I gave up trying it on with anything Japanese a long time ago when a friend in his quite fast Kit car was blown away by a very rusty looking Nissan Sunny (which later turned out to be a 300bhp Pulsar)
