thanks to the nice people at TMS we've had an extended road test of a lovely silver Tuscan this weekend and are well and truly smitten, thing is, what colour do we go for? We really like silver or black with a portland grey and black interior, I prefer black but having a black Saab find it is a pig to keep clean, is this a real concern and does it show stone chips badly?

I'm going through the exact same dilemma. I think I've made up my mind on Carbon Black but then I saw the silver Tuscan that won the photo contest in this month's Sprint ...so then it's back to Mickrw's www.zetecs.com/www/zetecscom/images/gallery/gallery-319-14092002-130516-big.jpg to remind myself just how good it looks in Carbon Black. But Blackmonday's comment that "Tuscans love stone chips" makes me think that it's going to need a visit to Armourfend.

like that Tuscan, i was soo torn between the 2 cars.

i think the t350 looks a touch sharper and is newer so will hold its value better, plus it was a bit cheaper and has a better spec (such as 18" wheels) - buuut the tuscan has roof down ability and looks evil

obviously the colour to have is apache pearl.

Like Bennno, I thought long and hard about this as I did really fancy a Tuscan. But also like Bennno (this is getting scary, agreeing with him twice in one day!)
I think the T350C will hold it's value better and is slightly more up to date...

Colour wise the silver looks great, but that carbon black one is awesome.....what a tough choice...

thanks for the advice guys.....I think.

I actually quite like that odd orange colour too as per the NEC Tuscan but wifey doesn't so I guess it's gonna be a lexus silver with portland grey/black

Blimey. Exactly the same dilemma! I have been sitting here swapping between pictures of a black and silver Tuscan trying to make up my mind...
...and its given me a headache.
Best just try and sell the Chimaera first!

I remember back in the day before the Tuscan was released, Dad came home in what was to be the press tuscan, it was badgeless and the roof was down, it looked and sounded like the Batmobile.

If I wsa to get a Tuscan it would be black.

We spent at least 3 hours at TMS choosing between the Moonraker Black with the red interior and the Titanio Grigio (darkish silver) with Portland grey interior.

They are both fantastic but the black won cos it just looked ('scuse the bad grammer)...meaner!

Now as most people when they have seen it have asked Judas where he keeps his bat suit, its now called the Batmobile...

Oh dear Apache, considering getting a Tuscan now then? Wouldnt quite be the same if you Bennno and Flasher all got a T350 would it.... I need to see a T350 in the flesh before I cast any judgements. I have been down in Brentwood for the last couple of days and tried to get away early to pop up to see Castle, but just couldnt do it.... pity.

However, I would have to say that until I see a T350 in black, it has to be a Tuscan with the wheels in black with a black interior... it just looks Sooooo mean.... Seen a couple and they are just sex on wheels.

Cheers,

Paul

P.S. Starting to feel very slow now - I mean 0-60 in 5.2 isnt fast enough now...

I don't think pictures do many of the colours justice in my opinion.

I have Chameleon Green and the sparkling metallic effect doesn't show at all on my camera!

I guess the black looks better in the flesh too. The T350 looks good but not as cool as the Tuscan IMHO

There's gonna be toooo many Black Tuscans I fear! Just having the same 'clour' dilema! Last 2 Tiv's have been er, BRIGHT - Purple Paradise Griff, Saffron Pearl Tuscan, so what colour now? It's been doing my head in!!! So, I've decided to go for BLACK for my new S, BUT WHICH BLACK? Carbon black pearl, or deep gloss mystic pearl black? I've got to decide TODAY or I'll delay the build date! HELP!

Never been a fan of the anthracite wheels - though they do come in different shades!?!? Anyway, very dark looks strange and the not-so-dark looks OK. Anyone see the bright yellow Tuscan with black wheels? Now thats odd...
